
Pornsak Pichetshote (Writer/Director/Producer)
Pornsak is a published short-story writer and journalist who has worked in film in a number of different key positions both on-set and off-. His screenplay, Widescreen, USA, beat out over 7,000 others to make it to Project: Greenlight's Top 250. He currently works as an editor at DC Comics' mature readers' imprint, Vertigo, where he works on a number of award-winning titles, working with such high-profile names as Darren Aronofsky, Grant Morrison, and Neil Gaiman.

Jason Garrett Lewis (Director/Producer)
Jason Garrett Lewis a graduate of Tufts University, is a published photographer and award-winning filmmaker who first aimed his camera on the streets of New York in the fifth grade; he has been shooting stills and film ever since. His still work has appeared in a variety of magazines, newspapers, films, and CDs, as well as throughout the world for companies such as MTV Networks, Puma USA, Rainstone Entertainment, and others. He has also worked in film in a number of different key positions both on-set and off. Presently focusing on directing and producing, Jason’s first directorial and producing effort earned him accolades in a number of festivals; his second film, COLOR OF A DOUBT: AN URBAN FABLE, is currently screening within the film festival circuit. Jason has participated in producing numerous other films, including the experimental film MAKING OF AMERICANS which had its premier in the summer 2004 at New York’s P.S.1./MOMA museum and recently screened at The Cannes Film Festival 2005.

Producer: Thomas Yong
Thomas Yong was born in Seoul, but raised in Denmark. After earning his
graduate degree in International Business, Thomas moved to New York
City where he founded Shouting Cow Productions, LLC, an independent
film and TV production company. With Shouting Cow, Thomas produced the
short film BASIC EMOTIONS - an ambitious production involving three
teams of writers and directors shooting three separate stories. BASIC
EMOTIONS premiered at Los Angeles International Short Film Festival
2004. In 2003 Thomas associate produced Jae Song's short film HOPSCOTCH
based on a novel by Julio Cortazár, which premiered at Hamptons International
Film Festival in 2004. In 2003, Thomas produced COLOR OF A DOUBT: AN
URBAN FABLE directed by Pornsak Pichetshote and Jason Garrett Lewis,
and associate produced Georgia Lee's latest short film: DIAGNOSIS.

Milton Kam (Dir. of Photography)
Milton was born and raised in Suriname, South America and came to New York City to earn his BFA in 1993. Since then, Milton's body of work as a cinematographer includes over 40 short films as well as numerous commercials and music videos. He's perhaps proudest though of his work on feature films, such as the family drama ABCD, the winner of the Best Picture Awards at the Austin and Houston Film Festivals, while his collaboration with director Esther Bell, the off-beat comedy GODASS, enjoyed top honors at several festivals and was recently acquired by Showtime. Among his awards are the Kodak Vision Award for the Creative Use of Cinematography and the 1998 Columbia University Reel Award for Best Cinematography.

Frank Reynolds (Editor)
Frank is a graduate of New York University's film school and the American Film Institute and has edited eleven feature films, the most well-known being Miramax's In the Bedroom, which was a Best Picture nominee at the 2002 Academy Awards. He also edited the 1999 Fine Line release Man of the Century, the 2002 release Swimming starring Lauren Ambrose, the 1996 cult film Tromeo and Juliet, and the 1993 release Praying with Anger, which was M. Night Shyamalan's first film. Frank's most recent work includes the feature film Flavors which was just released in July 2004; the South African Film Cape of Good Hope which played at the 2004 TriBeCa and Toronto film festivals; and Unknown Soldier, which won prizes at the 2004 L.A. and Philadelphia film festivals.

Tracy Steele (Production Designer)
Originally from VA, Tracy Steele came to NY 10 years ago to pursue a career
in waitressing. Eventually her background in interior design and decorative
painting led to a life of production design and art direction, having
since worked on numerous films both short and feature-length, as well
as a variety of theatre productions. The experience has taught her to
she enjoy scavenging for props in the trash, creating environments that
help define characters and their stories, and working with really great
directors like Jay and Pornsak. She would like to thank the art department
for all of their hard work, Heather for letting us use her space, Anthony
for the second coat, and the whole crew for making it fun!

Laura Frecones (Costume Designer)
Laura has an M.F.A. from the Actors Studio Drama School and is an independent costume designer for theatre, dance and film. Her latest project, "Picon Pie" is currently running Off-Broadway and she recently completed the Broadway show, "Alice in Wonderland," at Theatre Row Studios this past spring. Laura also works as an actress and stars in "Kid Fitness and Friends" on PBS this Fall. Thanks to Jay, Pornsak, Thomas, and the gang for a great shoot. Hopefully we can do it againreally soon.
